Your data, quietly handled.

IInformation we collect

• Order information — name, email, phone (optional), shipping address, items purchased.
• Correspondence — emails, contact-form submissions, support tickets.
• Site analytics — aggregate page views and referrers via privacy-preserving analytics (no personally-identifying tracking scripts, no third-party ad pixels).
• Cart contents — stored locally in your browser's localStorage. We never see it unless you place an order.

IIInformation we don't collect

• Payment card numbers — we don't accept cards. Zelle transfers happen directly between your bank and ours.
• Government-issued IDs or health data.
• Location beyond the shipping address you give us.

IIIHow we use your information

• Fulfilling and shipping your order.
• Emailing tracking information and occasional service-related updates.
• Improving the site based on aggregate, non-identifying analytics.

IVInformation sharing

Only the JFT Research team, plus a small number of service providers we use to run the business: our email sender (Resend), our shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS), and our hosting/database provider (Vercel, Supabase). Each is bound by its own privacy terms.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party for marketing purposes.

VCookies & tracking

We use only first-party cookies and localStorage necessary for the site to function (remembering your cart, your checkout form, your research-use acknowledgment). No third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

VIData security

Orders and customer data are stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure at Supabase and Vercel. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is absolutely secure — we'll notify affected customers promptly in the event of a breach.

VIIYour rights

Email Jftresearchllc@gmail.com to request a copy of your data, correct an inaccuracy, or ask us to delete it. We'll respond within 30 days.

VIIIChanges

If we update this policy we'll revise the date below and, for material changes, notify existing customers by email.
